Meet Your Instructor
Known for her beautiful and enlightening flow, Carolina Gomez has a style that is powerful and sacred. A single mom, yoga teacher, and healing arts practitioner, she infuses holistic nutrition into her practice. She works with clients privately and semi-privately. She is deeply immersed in the healing arts, infuses her classes with essential oils and aromatherapy, crystal and chakra healing, along with meditation, visualization, mindfulness and sound therapy techniques.

She also provides Pre-Natal, Post-Natal, Reiki Healing, Breathing & Meditation, and Holistic Home Visits. Carolina received her 200 Hour training from internationally renowned teacher Fred Bush in Miami, Florida. Through the power of technology, she offers live on-demand virtual yoga classes. Previously Carolina was limited to South Florida. Now she’s working with clients all over the world! Her online programs are created to suit the needs of modern lifestyles.
At Luv Flow she uses yoga as a vehicle to facilitate enlightenment and change. Through yoga, she helps humans lead productive, prosperous, and fulfilling lives with the intentionality to inspire others by example.
