Prenatal

This is your time to bond with your baby. The skills learned in one’s practice can be invaluable during the birth process and the journey ahead. Gentle prenatal flow for mothers is great low impact exercise. Mothers use it as a way to stay in shape during pregnancy and strengthen the body before delivery. Yoga… for life!

Postnatal

Flow through postpartum blues after your baby’s delivery. Recover, restore, and rejuvenate your body with a natural “pick me up” you can incorporate into your day. Bring baby along with a practice that helps mothers and infants strengthen their bond while you, mommy, strengthen your core.

Why Prenatal?

  • It calms the nervous system which helps mom sleep better, improve her digestion, and optimizes her immune system.

  • It increases mom’s strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.

  • It increases circulation which helps decrease swelling.

  • It prepares mom for labor through the practice of breath.

  • Prenatal yoga offers a chance to connect and chat with other pregnant women and just maybe form new friendships.

  • Finally, because it is only for a short time that we experience the miracle of having two hearts beating within.
