Do you know a group of students/adolescents who could benefit from increased physical activity, self-confidence & concentration?
Carolina has fun teaching Yoga to children and adolescents of many ages and abilities. She is also a nutritional health coach, offering tips on healthy living, diet, and nutrition. She helps mitigate the effects of a “sugar” culture, introducing children to concepts like mindful eating, portion control, conscious breathing, and nutrition.
